We’re a membership organization registered as a chapter with the 100 Who Care Alliance.
Donations are made to Grapevine, a 501(c)(3) that acts as our fiscal partner. Your donation is made through their website here. Grapevine collects the funds and forwards them to the non-profit(s) awarded at our quarterly events.
To be a member and vote, simply make your $100 donation for the current donation cycle. Subscribing to quarterly donations through Grapevine helps with planning and keeps our group running smoothly. You can cancel anytime. Should you not be able to attend a quarterly meeting you can proxy your vote to another member or invite a guest to attend in your place.
Only registered 501(c)(3) organizations serving the local community with at least 1 year in operation are eligible to apply. Applicants are first scored by our selection committee. Three applicants are invited to pitch at our quarterly event night. The winner is announced the night of the event and is chosen based on the total received votes made by our members.
The amount of the quarterly donation varies. Each voting member contributes $100. There may be additional funds granted through a matching sponsor. As we grow our numbers beyond 100 members, we may seek to use some of the funds donated to award second and third place prizes.
Our group leaders are committed to providing a space that is open and welcoming. You might also consider joining our sister group, 100 Women Who Care, St Pete.
